Bertrand Mandico (born 21 March 1971, France) was educated in animation at Gobelins. As an eclectic filmmaker, he incorporates photographs and written elements in his highly personal films. As a long-term project, Mandico is planning to make twenty one short films in twenty one years with actress Elina Löwensohn
